To see who has volunteered for an event, open the event in your admin sidebar and scroll to the Volunteers section. You will see each role, who signed up for it, and their contact details. You can email them, remove individual signups, or message the whole team.
Volunteers can also sign up other people (a partner, a teenage child), so you may see signups with notes attached.
Where to find your volunteers
- From your admin dashboard, click Events, then click the event.
- Scroll to Volunteers, just below the Volunteer roles section.
You will see a list grouped by role, with the volunteer's name, email, and the date they signed up.

Emailing your volunteers
To send a single email to everyone who has volunteered for the event:
- On the event admin page, click the ... menu at the top.
- Choose Message volunteers.
- An email campaign starts with all volunteers already added as recipients. Write your message and click Send.
This is the easiest way to send a "Thanks for signing up, here is what to bring and where to meet" message a few days before the event.
Removing a signup
If a volunteer drops out, you can free up the slot for someone else:
- In the Volunteers section, find their entry.
- Click the remove icon next to their name.
- Confirm.
They will be sent an email letting them know the signup has been removed. The slot becomes available again on the public event page.
