Straight to your group's own bank account. Every community sets up a free Stripe account during onboarding, and money from tickets and donations is paid out by Stripe directly to that account — Jotterly never holds your money.
Stripe pays out on a rolling schedule once your account is verified — typically every couple of days for established accounts, and around 7 days for the first payout while Stripe does its standard checks.
No hidden fees. Jotterly is free to use. The fee shown above only applies when money is moving, on paid ticket sales and donations. Stripe processes the card and charges its own fee separately, visible on your Stripe dashboard. Registered charities can apply for Stripe's non profit rate. Buyers can choose to cover both fees at checkout.
